  • Order Rejections: We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order prior to dispatch for reasons including, but not limited to: unavailability of stock, inability to authorise payment, identification of a pricing or description error, or suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

3. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

  • VAT: All prices displayed on our website are stated in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, at the current prevailing rate.

  • Delivery Charges: Prices do not include delivery charges. Applicable delivery fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order during checkout.

  • Pricing Errors: We take reasonable care to ensure our prices are accurate. However, if a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognized by you as a mispricing, we are not obligated to provide the goods to you at the incorrect price.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and regulated third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Klarna). Payment will be debited when you place the order.

4. Delivery and Risk

  • Standard Delivery Timelines: Orders are generally delivered within 5-7 working days unless otherwise specified at checkout.

  • Delays Outside Our Control: If our supply of the goods is delayed by an event outside our reasonable control (e.g., courier disruption, severe weather), we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.

  • Risk and Title: The risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you upon delivery to your specified address (or when collected by an agreed-upon third party). Ownership of the goods transfers to you once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery fees.

5. Your Legal Right to Cancel (14-Day "Cooling-Off" Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are an individual consumer buying goods online, you are entitled to cancel your contract within a statutory cooling-off window.

  • Cancellation Window: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

  • How to Cancel: You must notify us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement.

  • Return of Goods: You must return the goods to our designated returns address without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of cancellation. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty.

  • Condition of Returned Items: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (equivalent to handling allowed in a retail shop).

  • Refunds: We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your personal specifications or clearly personalized;

  • Perishable items or goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery;

  • Sealed audio, video recordings, or computer software unsealed after delivery.


6. Limitation of Liability

  • What We Do Not Exclude: Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:

    • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

    • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

    • Breach of terms implied by section 17 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (title and quiet possession);

    • Defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987;

    • Any other liability that cannot be legally limited or excluded under English law.

  • Foreseeable Loss: If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

  • Business Losses: We only supply goods for domestic and private use. If you use the goods for any commercial, business, or re-sale purpose, we will have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
